Booking Cancellation Policy

SHOOKROON GROUP, licensed dealer no. 303006241 (hereinafter: the "Company"), sets out below the cancellation policy applicable to bookings made through our website.

⚡ Important notice: This cancellation policy complies with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Distance Selling Regulations. When booking accommodation services in Israel, the cancellation rights set out in law always apply.

Cancellation policy — stays of up to 13 nights

Between 2 and 6 days before check-in 50% of the booking amount
Less than 24 hours before check-in 100% of the booking amount (no refund)

Cancellation policy — stays of 14 nights or more

Between 3 and 13 days before check-in 50% of the booking amount
Less than 48 hours before check-in 100% of the booking amount (no refund)

How to cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking in any of the following ways:

In the cancellation request, please include: full name, booking number and the planned check-in date.

A cancellation notice will be considered received from the time of our written confirmation.

Cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel a transaction made online within 14 days of placing the booking, provided that at least 7 days (days that are not rest days) remain before the check-in date.

The cancellation fee in this case will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

The legal right applies even if the Company's cancellation policy is stricter.

Cancellation due to force majeure

In recognized force-majeure cases (war, an official national state of emergency, natural disaster), each cancellation request will be considered on its merits. Please contact us directly for a tailored solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be transferred to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation approval.

Changing a booking

Changing booking dates is subject to property availability and may involve a price difference. A date change will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the placing of a new booking, and the cancellation terms detailed above will apply to it according to the time of the change relative to the original check-in date.
