Smoking only in the dedicated outdoor smoking corner; no smoking inside.

No food in the living room — please eat in the dining areas.

Do not light any fire inside the villa. Security cameras operate in the outdoor areas only.

Breaking the rules may result in a fine and immediate termination of the stay without refund.

The entire villa compound is accessible to guests. The villa and jacuzzi can also be booked separately.
