Ein HaTchelet is a quiet, desirable neighborhood in northern Netanya, right by the sea, with a pleasant community feel.
A 6-minute walk to Ein HaTchelet (Blue Bay) beach — a well-kept beach with bathing facilities, showers, lifeguards and shaded areas, plus a lovely seafront promenade with restaurants and cafés.
Convenient public transport (line 25 direct to Netanya train station and more), with kosher restaurants, synagogues and a neighborhood supermarket nearby.
Ein HaTchelet beach — 6 min walk. Netanya train station via line 25. Quick connections to Tel Aviv and Haifa. We can arrange airport transfers both ways.
No parties, events or noisy gatherings — the villa is for quiet, quality stays only.
Music (at reasonable volume) only between 08:00–22:00, through the TV.
Smoking only in the dedicated outdoor smoking corner; no smoking inside.
No food in the living room — please eat in the dining areas.
Do not light any fire inside the villa. Security cameras operate in the outdoor areas only.
Breaking the rules may result in a fine and immediate termination of the stay without refund.
The entire villa compound is accessible to guests. The villa and jacuzzi can also be booked separately.
