Welcome to the SHOOKROON GROUP website (hereinafter: the "Site"). The Site is operated by SHOOKROON GROUP, licensed dealer no. 303006241 (hereinafter: the "Company"). Use of the Site constitutes agreement to these terms of use.
Important to read: These terms govern the use of the Site and the placing of bookings through it. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. About the service
SHOOKROON GROUP offers management and hosting services in vacation apartments for short- and medium-term stays. The Site allows you to browse properties, check availability and make bookings.
2. Eligibility to use
Use of the Site and the placing of bookings are permitted to persons aged 18 and over. Placing a booking constitutes a declaration that you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Placing a booking
- A booking will be considered confirmed once written confirmation is received from the Company
- The prices displayed on the Site include VAT and are current as of the time of display
- The Company reserves the right to decline a booking in exceptional circumstances
- In the event of a technical pricing error, the Company will make contact and allow cancellation without penalty
- Full booking details will be sent to the email address you provided
4. Supply policy (service delivery)
SHOOKROON GROUP provides a hosting service and not a physical product, and therefore there are no shipping fees or product delivery times. How the service is delivered:
- Immediately upon completion of payment and confirmation of the booking, a detailed confirmation email is sent to the customer including all booking details: the property name and full address, check-in and check-out dates and times, number of guests, the amount paid, arrival and access instructions (code/key), and contact details for any question.
- The confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of booking. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct.
- Did not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time? Please contact the Company by phone/WhatsApp or email to obtain the details.
5. Cancellation terms
The full cancellation policy is detailed on the cancellation policy page. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have a legal right of cancellation within 14 days of placing the booking (subject to the conditions set out in the law).
6. Rules of conduct on the Site
The user undertakes not to:
- Upload offensive, defamatory, inciting or unlawful content
- Perform actions that may harm the Site, its servers or other users
- Collect information about other users without their consent
- Impersonate another person or an entity they are not
- Place fictitious bookings or bookings without the intention of fulfilling them
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including texts, images, design, logos and trademarks — is the property of the Company or the Company holds a license to use it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or publish this content without prior written approval from the Company.
8. Limitation of liability and service warranty
The Company will do its utmost to ensure a quality service, but:
- The service and the Site are provided "as is" without an express warranty of full availability.
- The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect, consequential or special damage that may be caused to the customer and/or to a third party as a result of use of the service purchased on the Site.
- The Company's liability for any direct damage, if any, will not exceed the amount of the relevant booking.
- The Company is not responsible for content on external pages linked from the Site.
9. Changes to the service
The Company reserves the right to change, add or remove content and services from the Site at any time, and to amend these terms of use. Material changes will be published on the Site at least 14 days in advance.
10. Privacy
The use of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use.
11. Accessibility
The Company works to make the Site accessible in accordance with standard SI 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 AA level. For further details and to make contact on accessibility matters, see the accessibility statement.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are subject to Israeli law. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haifa.
