About this place
Villa Coco is a 350 m² modern luxury villa in Caesarea's calm, green Horesh neighborhood — a home built around light and the garden, for privacy and time together. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms (plus a guest toilet) spread over three levels sleep up to 16 guests: families, extended families and business guests.
Outside you'll find a private pool, a heated jacuzzi, a covered deck and pergola, a gas grill and a taboon for cooking together, and a fire pit for the end of the night. For the kids — a basketball half-court and a ping-pong table.

The neighborhood
The villa is in the Horesh neighborhood — a calm, green part of Caesarea, a short drive from the golf course. Caesarea National Park, with its Roman theater and ancient harbor, and the Aqueduct Beach are 9–13 minutes away.
Nearby: Caffe BaGolf for breakfast, Colina and Mariposa for dinner, and Aresto or Port Local Bistro by the harbor for kosher dining. Chabad Caesarea and Heichal Naomi synagogues are about a 12–13 minute walk.
Getting around
A car is recommended — the villa has 3 private parking spaces (2 inside the gate, 1 just outside).
Binyamina train station is a 14-minute drive, with direct trains to Ben Gurion Airport and Tel Aviv. From Ben Gurion by car: about 1 hour (74 km) via Route 2. Trains don't run from Friday afternoon until Saturday night — we're happy to help arrange a taxi or private transfer.
C Center shopping area (pharmacy, supermarket, café) — about a 12-minute walk. Hillel Yaffe Medical Center (Hadera) — 13 minutes by car.
Safety & protected space

Check-in: from 15:00 · Check-out: by 11:00 · Self check-in — a code for the gate, then a code for the villa door.
Up to 16 guests · 2-night minimum (within the next 10 days, and for single nights between bookings, 1 night is possible) · No parties or events · No pets · No smoking indoors.
Children and infants welcome — crib and high chair available.
The kitchen is not kosher; kosher dishware (separate meat and dairy sets plus a dedicated Pesach set) is kept in a locked cabinet that we'll gladly open on request.
For Shabbat, we arrange a Shabbat entry solution in advance — tell us when you book.
