Refer an apartment or villa owner to us. If they sign up for full management, you receive a reward equal to the property's average management commission over its first 3 months, paid after 3 active months of management.

Program terms

Discounts apply to direct bookings (website or WhatsApp), not to bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com or other sites.
The 10% reward is saved for the referrer only after the friend has actually completed a stay (not for a cancelled booking). Each friend earns one reward, and each reward applies to one booking.
The friend discount (5%) applies to their first booking only. You cannot refer yourself.
An earned reward is valid for 12 months and can be combined with any other offer on the site.
Shookroon Group may update or end the program; rewards already earned will be honored until they expire.
