A production shooting in northern Israel needs its crew close to set, somewhere they can do laundry, cook and work — not spread across seven hotel rooms. We manage apartment clusters in Akko and Haifa, including two apartments in the same building, and they can all be held in one call.

Production crew accommodation means housing crew members in managed apartments near the shooting location, for the days of the shoot or for a longer period. The difference from a hotel is not only price: an apartment has a kitchen, a washing machine, a table to work at and a shared space where the crew can regroup at the end of the day.
On a shoot that runs a week or a month, that compounds. Laundry for a crew that worked outdoors, an early breakfast before a 5am call, a production meeting in the evening — all awkward in a hotel and natural in an apartment. And when the apartments sit in the same building or street, the crew gathers in the morning without coordinating three taxis.
We have managed these apartments ourselves since 2016, so the booking runs through one point of contact rather than seven different owners. Booking is direct, a tax invoice is issued, and whoever answers the phone at 10pm is the person responsible for the property. This is not theoretical for us: we have hosted many production crews, and a series was filmed in one of our apartments.

The Akko, Haifa and Isfiya capacities were confirmed by the business owner. Netanya and Migdal are single properties, not clusters.
A production booking seven hotel rooms also pays for meals out, external laundry and travel between hotel and set. One apartment housing four crew members covers all three at once. We do not publish a percentage saving here, because it depends entirely on the size of the production and the length of the shoot — but those are the line items worth comparing.
