Event & Team-Building Villa on the Carmel —
Up to 70 Participants,
Sleeping for 21 On Site

Why Hold a Team-Building Day or Company Event at a Villa You Can Also Sleep In

On a team-building day or a company event most of the effort goes into logistics: a place for the activity, a place for the meal and, for those who stay, a place to sleep. At Villa Widyan it is all in one place: a large covered heated pool, a scenic hot tub, a BBQ with an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area, and inside a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The numbers matter, so we state them plainly: 70 is the event capacity, not the sleeping capacity. Overnight the villa sleeps up to 21 guests in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Every event at the villa is arranged in advance and requires advance approval — that is how we make sure the villa and its surroundings suit the event.

Isfiya is a Druze village on the Carmel ridge, and the villa offers complete privacy and an open view across the Carmel. It has an in-house safe room (Mamad) and free on-site parking, and the whole booking is handled with one contact — directly, with no agency fee.

How It Works — An Event or Team-Building Day at Villa Widyan, Step by Step

Who is it for?

• Team-building days: activities around the pool and hot tub, a shared meal at the outdoor kitchen, and beds for the team that stays the night.
• Fun days and company events: a full day at a private villa on the Carmel, up to 70 participants by prior arrangement.
• Family and friends gatherings: children and infants are welcome, and 5 en-suite bedrooms give every family its own privacy.
• A Druze experience on the Carmel: see also Druze hospitality on the Carmel.
