The Krayot (Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Haim, Kiryat Bialik and Kiryat Motzkin) sit in the heart of the Haifa metropolitan area. We don't currently have a unit inside the Krayot, but we have safe-room and protected-space apartments a short drive away — in Haifa (about 15 minutes) and Akko (about 20 minutes) — so Krayot residents can find a safe solution close to home, for a holiday or temporary housing.
As of June 2026 the defense time in the Haifa and Krayot area is about 90 seconds. Our apartments include an in-unit safe room or a fast-access protected space, and also suit extended stays for families who were evacuated or are seeking a safe home in the area.
