Northern Israel is one of the most sought-after areas for housing with a protected space — for holidays and as a temporary housing solution during a military operation or war. We manage furnished apartments with a safe room or adjacent shelter in Akko, Haifa, Nahariya, the Galilee and the Carmel, all available for short- and mid-term rent.
In an emergency the defense time in the north is short — as of June 2026 about 90 seconds in Haifa and the north and about 45 seconds in Akko — so an in-unit safe room or a fast-access shelter is critical. In all our apartments the protected space is within reach of that time.
