In 2027 Erev Sukkot falls on a Friday, so the first day of Sukkot is also Shabbat. Shmini Atzeret and Simchat Torah, which are one day in Israel, also fall on Shabbat. A Shabbat-observant family therefore needs a villa that works for Shabbat and Yom Tov together: synagogues within walking distance, a hot plate and urn, and room for the whole family's meals.
Villa Coco in Caesarea fits: the Chabad Caesarea and Heichal Naomi synagogues are about a 12 to 13 minute walk, there is a Shabbat hot plate and urn, kosher meat and dairy dishware on request (the kitchen is not kosher), an in-house safe room, and a sukkah can be arranged in advance. Holiday meals can be ordered in advance from a kosher-certified caterer.
During the five days of Chol HaMoed the villa is a base for day trips: from Caesarea to the national park and Aqueduct Beach, from Isfiya across the Carmel, and from Migdal around the Sea of Galilee. Each villa is rented as a whole, so every date has one booking; reserve early.
