Big holiday meals, children running around, grandparents staying over — holidays call for space, and that's exactly what a vacation apartment gives that a hotel doesn't: a full kitchen for holiday cooking, a spacious living room for the whole family, and several bedrooms. We have properties in different sizes in Haifa, Akko and the north — from a family apartment to a large property for a group or an extended family.
Whether you're a single family looking for a quiet holiday break, or several families wanting to celebrate together, we'll match you with the right property. For families — family vacation rentals; for large groups — group hosting and spacious properties. You can also combine trips: Haifa, Akko and the north are full of holiday activities.
Holidays are the most sought-after season and properties book up early — we recommend checking availability and reserving as far ahead as possible.
Each holiday has its own character — and its own booking season. Here's what's worth knowing about staying in the north for each of the busiest dates, so you know when to book and how to plan a great family break.
Passover is the peak of the year. Families look for a large kitchen for cooking before the holiday and for the Seder night, and a spacious living room that seats everyone around one table. Spring in the north is in bloom — the perfect time for water hikes in the Galilee streams and blossom on the Carmel. It's worth securing a Passover apartment during the winter.
During Sukkot the weather is pleasant and the north is at its best for trips. Some properties have a balcony or yard for sitting outside, and the area is full of open trails — trips in the north, attractions in Akko and the beaches. A great season for families and groups.
Late summer and early autumn, with weather that still allows the sea. Rosh Hashanah is popular for family breaks of a few days — reserve ahead so you don't miss out.
The Hanukkah break is a chance for a short family getaway between the major holidays. Haifa, Akko and the Galilee offer indoor attractions and pleasant trips even in winter.
Shavuot opens the beach season, and the summer months (July–August) are peak time for longer family vacations. For an extended stay we also offer medium-term rental at adjusted rates.
"We celebrated Passover with the whole family in a spacious apartment in the north — a huge kitchen for cooking, a living room for everyone and amazing trips every day. Far nicer than being cramped. We've already booked again for Sukkot."
Tell us which holiday, how many you are and which area — and we'll hold an apartment before it's taken.
