Do you rent directly to workers or only to companies?
Mainly to companies and employers — an organized contract with the company and a tax invoice. In certain cases we'll also rent directly to organized groups of workers.
How much does accommodation per worker cost per month?
The rate depends on location, occupancy and the length of engagement — the longer the engagement and the higher the occupancy, the lower the price per worker. Send details and you'll get a quote within one business day.
Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?
We are. Every issue is reported to our center and handled quickly — without involving your site managers.
Is there a minimum engagement period?
Usually one month. For long projects we build an annual agreement with preferential terms and flexibility to swap workers.
Do the apartments meet the regulatory requirements for worker housing?
Yes — we maintain proper living conditions: a minimum area per worker, a bed and personal storage, ventilation, and a functioning kitchen and bathroom, in line with legal requirements.
Can you provide worker housing near Haifa Port or the industrial zones?
Yes — we have properties in Haifa, the Krayot and the bay, close to the port and the industrial zones. Tell us which site you need to be near and we'll find a solution nearby.
What happens when workers change mid-term?
No problem — we're flexible about swapping workers throughout the engagement, coordinated with the company. The property stays yours and the mix of workers can change.
