An apart-hotel is a complete apartment let on hotel terms: fully furnished and equipped, all bills included, cleaning and maintenance handled by the operator — but with a kitchen, a living room and separate bedrooms instead of a single room. That is why a monthly apart-hotel has become the preferred solution for anyone staying between a month and a year, and especially for families and people working from home.

We operate serviced apartments in Haifa, Akko, Nahariya, Netanya, the Galilee and central Israel — which matters if you are looking for a long-term rental in Israel outside Tel Aviv, where supply is far thinner.

Weekly, monthly or longer

We match the terms to the length of stay. Weekly suits a short project, a renovation or a family visit, and the discount starts from the first week. Monthly is our most common format, with the largest standing discount and month-by-month renewal. Long-term, from a quarter upward, is priced individually against the property, the season and the length of commitment — and is usually materially better than the published monthly rate.

Who it suits best

Professionals on a remote project who need a kitchen and a tax invoice; families mid-renovation or between homes; relocation arrivals who want to know the area before signing for a year; patients and family staying near a hospital for an extended period; and researchers on sabbatical. If you are pricing a long-stay hotel room and watching the cost accumulate, a whole apartment on hotel terms is almost always cheaper and more comfortable over the same period.

What counts as a medium-term rental?
Any stay from one month to a year. It's the ideal solution for anyone who needs a temporary home without committing to an annual lease and without furnishing an empty apartment.
Does the price really include everything?
Yes — a single monthly payment that includes rent, electricity, water, property tax, internet and full furnishing. No surprises and no extra bills.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, a short, simple stay agreement that protects both sides — no guarantors, no year of post-dated checks and none of the bureaucracy of a standard lease.
Which apartments are available for medium-term?
From a couples' studio to 4-room apartments and villas — in Haifa, Nahariya, Akko, Netanya, Shoham and the Galilee. Availability varies by season, so it's worth getting in touch early.
Can I extend the stay?
Absolutely. Most of our guests extend — and subject to availability we'll be glad to extend the agreement on the same terms.
What is the difference between an apart-hotel and a hotel?
An apart-hotel is a whole apartment on hotel terms: furnished and equipped, all bills included, cleaning and maintenance handled by the operator — but with a full kitchen, living room and separate bedrooms instead of one room. For a stay of a month or more it is almost always cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel.
Can I book weekly rather than monthly?
Yes. Discounts start from the first week (-15%), rise at two weeks (-20%) and at a month (-26%). For stays from a quarter upward we build individual pricing that is usually better still.
Do you issue a tax invoice for a company?
Yes. We issue a proper tax invoice, so the solution works for companies housing staff on a project, for relocation and as a deductible expense.
