Villa Coco in Caesarea sleeps up to 16, about a 12 to 13 minute walk from the synagogues, with a dedicated kosher Pesach dishware set on request and an in-house safe room. A Pesach villa gives you something different: your own Seder table, your own schedule and room for every generation under one roof, with a private pool and a jacuzzi for the days of Chol HaMoed.
We want to be clear: the villa kitchen is not kosher and is not kashered for Pesach. Villa Coco has, in a locked cabinet that we open on request, a dedicated kosher Pesach dishware set alongside kosher meat and dairy sets, and holiday and Seder meals can be ordered in advance from a kosher-certified caterer. You can ask to see the certificate, and you should confirm the caterer's Pesach supervision with them.
Each villa is rented as a whole, so every date has only one booking. If you want Pesach 2027, reach out early and order the extras at the same time: a transfer from Ben Gurion, catering and stocking the fridge before you arrive.
Pesach 5787 begins at sundown on Wednesday, April 21, 2027, and the Seder is held that evening. In Israel the holiday lasts seven days: the first day is Thursday, April 22, and the seventh day of Pesach is Wednesday, April 28. Outside Israel the holiday ends at nightfall on Thursday, April 29. The Chabad Caesarea and Heichal Naomi synagogues are about a 12 to 13 minute walk, there is a Shabbat hot plate and urn, a kosher Pesach dishware set and meat and dairy sets on request (the kitchen is not kashered for Pesach) and an in-house safe room. For Chol HaMoed: Caesarea National Park and Aqueduct Beach are 9 to 13 minutes from the villa, and the harbor has the kosher restaurants Aresto and Port Local Bistro (check the current kashrut certificate, including for Pesach).
