Most of the properties we manage are in the north. In central Israel and the Sharon we have two villas with a private pool: Villa Coco in Caesarea and Blue Bay Mansion in Netanya. Both are rented as a whole, both have a private pool and a jacuzzi, and both sleep up to 16 guests.
The first practical difference is the safe room. Villa Coco has a safe room (Mamad) inside the house, with immediate access. Blue Bay Mansion has no safe room, and the public shelter is about 70 m from the villa.
The second difference is the setting and the kind of stay. Villa Coco is in the Horesh neighborhood, a calm, green area of Caesarea a short drive from the golf course, and it is not for parties or events. Blue Bay Mansion is in Netanya, near the beach, and also suits small birthday gatherings and family get-togethers; other events are not held there.
In short: need a safe room inside the house, quiet surroundings and synagogues within walking distance? Villa Coco in Caesarea. Want to be near the beach in Netanya, or hold a small birthday or family get-together? Blue Bay Mansion. Both have a private pool and a jacuzzi, and both sleep up to 16 guests.

The pool at Villa Coco is currently not heated, and its jacuzzi is heated.
