Book directly with the management company, with no platform fee (12%–18%). You get a confirmation, the property details and arrival instructions.

A personal entry code on arrival day, no time to coordinate, with 24/7 WhatsApp support throughout your stay.

What's the difference between booking with you and booking on Airbnb?
Exactly the same apartments — but by booking direct you save the platform fee (12%–18%), get flexibility on arrival times and direct 24/7 service from our team. We also list on Airbnb, but booking directly is always better value.
What's the minimum number of nights for a short-term rental?
At most properties — one night midweek and two nights on weekends. In peak seasons there may be a 2–3 night minimum.
Are the apartments suitable for families with children?
Yes. Many of the properties include kids' rooms, cots, high chairs and a play space. Tell us about your group and we'll match the perfect property.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a personal entry code sent on arrival day, with full instructions over WhatsApp. No need to coordinate a time — arrive whenever suits you from check-in time onward.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, according to our cancellation policy — free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival at most properties. Full details are on the cancellation policy page.
Can I book a short-term rental at the last minute?
Absolutely, subject to availability. Send us a WhatsApp with your dates and we'll check what's free right away — we've often closed a same-day booking.
What does a short-term vacation rental include?
An equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and professional cleaning — all ready to move in. Some properties also have a pool, a balcony or a sea view.
