At Shookroon Group we've been hosting across northern Israel for over a decade — we started in Haifa, expanded along the north, and in the last three years into central Israel too. Today we manage around 50 properties, and our guests rate us 5.0 on Google, 4.87 on Airbnb and 9.8 on Booking.

The heritage cities — Haifa and Akko

Two UNESCO World Heritage Sites half an hour apart. Haifa with the Bahá'í Gardens, the German Colony, the cable car and the beaches; and old Akko with the Knights' Halls, the port and the market. Combining the two makes for a perfect urban-historical vacation along the northern coastline.

Nature, sea and the Western Galilee

North of Akko the coast continues to Nahariya, Achziv and Rosh Hanikra — the white sea grottoes with the steep cable car and the caves, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the country. Inland, the Western Galilee offers villages, wineries, walking trails and nature reserves. The Carmel ridge above Haifa offers forest trails, the Caves Stream and views over the sea.

A couples' and romantic route

Sunset from the Bahá'í Gardens, Western Galilee wineries and a quiet meal by the sea in Nahariya or Akko. Ideal for a couples' getaway in the north.

A nature and hiking route

Kziv Stream and Montfort Castle, the Caves Stream reserve on the Carmel, and the Galilee's water trails — green nature and flowing water almost year-round.

A heritage and culture route

Old Akko (a UNESCO site), Haifa's German Colony and the Ghetto Fighters' House — rich history within a short drive.

A culinary route

Hummus in Akko, fish on the Nahariya promenade, wineries and food villages in the Western Galilee, and cafés in the German Colony.

"We made a base in the north and headed out in a different direction every day — Haifa, Akko, Rosh Hanikra and the Galilee. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, a great location for all the trips. Northern Israel is a gem, and this is the right way to enjoy it."
