Our management agreement has a 6-month notice period, and it exists for one reason: to protect guests who have already booked their vacation. In practice, an earlier exit is almost always possible.
We don't want to force anyone to stay who doesn't want our service. And so far, no owner has ever asked to leave the agreement.
